Pilar Arrieta
Community Outreach Manager
Pilar Arrieta has spent more than fifteen years developing and implementing strategies to close health care gaps in Hispanic communities. Previously, she has run art galleries in Nashville and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and has coordinated arts, culture and education programs with multiple schools and nonprofit organizations. Pilar has received numerous awards from local law enforcement for her work in Hispanic communities and was named TennCare’s Best Community Outreach Coordinator in 2013.
Pilar brings a high level of data management and analysis skill, community outreach and project management experience to CST. Her success in relationship building within Latino communities, paired with her market analysis experiences provide valuable support on both Multicultural Marketing and Diversity Equity and Inclusion projects.
Pilar holds a bachelor 's degree in Architectural Design from Universidad de la Costa-Colombia, in Barranquilla, Colombia. She is an active member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Haitian Chamber of Commerce of Florida. Pilar lives in South Florida with her husband, fine art painter Jorge Yances.
