Our B Corp Journey

It all began in September 2022, when we embarked on the rigorous B Corp Assessment to evaluate our impact on our employees, customers, community, and the environment. After 915 days of dedicated effort, we are delighted to announce that in February 2025, Culture Shift Team officially joined the global community of B Corporations. We achieved a score of 85.6, positioning us to celebrate B Corp Month in March with our new peers. We're excited to continue our journey of impactful business with this prestigious recognition.
What Being a B Corp Means for Us
It’s about how we define success. It’s more than profits – it’s about people, the environment and the economy that sustain communities. Being a B Corp means that CST continually works to achieve or improve our performance in our social and environmental performance, stakeholder governance and economy. Our certification is a testament to our dedication to continually get better. We commit to the B Corp principles.
B Corp Principles:

Demonstrate high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing the B Corp risk review. Multinational corporations must also meet baseline requirement standards.

Make a legal commitment by changing corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders, and achieve benefit corporation status if available in their jurisdiction.


Exhibit transparency by allowing information about their performance measured against B Lab’s standards to be publicly available on their B Corp profile on B Lab’s website.
